In July, 1990 the Supreme Soviet Belarus SSR had been accepted the Declaration on the state sovereignty. In an initial stage after declaration of independence in Byelorussia bank notes of State Bank SCSR, and then and the Central bank of Russia addressed. Under the decision of the Government of Byelorussia in May, 1992 in territory of Belarus settlement tickets of National bank of Byelorussia of the following advantages have been entered into the reference(manipulation): 50 copecks, 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 roubles. Further settlement tickets by advantage 200 and 500 (1992), 1000 and 5000 (1992), 20000 (1994), 50000 (1995), 100000 (1996), 1000, 5000 and 500000 (1998) and 1000000 and 5000000 (1999) roubles have been entered into the reference(manipulation).

Though settlement tickets of National bank of Byelorussia have not been declared by bank notes and let out(released) originally in addition to the basic monetary unit (Soviet, and further and Russian I I I cut), the subsequent events have erected them in a rank of available Belarus roubles. In May, 1994 the decision of National bank of Byelorussia unique payment means for territories of Belarus recognizes the Belarus rouble, and in a налично-monetary revolution - the banknotes, called settlement tickets.

According to the Decree of the President of Byelorussia new banknotes (tickets) on January, 1, 2000 have been entered into the reference(manipulation) by advantage 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000 and 5000 roubles, in 2001 - 10000 roubles, and in 2002 – 20000 and 50000 roubles which are in circulation and now.
